Set on a quiet dead end road not far from Rt 209 and 44/55, this home is convenient to Ellenville, New Paltz, Stone Ridge and Kingston. There’s plenty to do in the area, but if you want to stay on the 1 acre property, we’ve made sure there’s enough to keep you busy outdoors and in. Relax on the super sized deck or roast s’mores in the fire pit. The property is dog friendly and fully fenced in. We have two TVs for streaming or DVD, WiFi, CDs, board games and books. Sit by the propane stove and stay cozy!The entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is yours. Enter through the open living room/kitchen area. There’s a bedroom and full brand new bathroom on the first floor up a couple of steps. A small den is also on this level, with a second TV and library.There are two more large bedrooms upstairs. The King sized bed ensuite has a desk for our writer and working guests. The queen sized bedroom is probably the largest, and here you can hang out and play chess at the table.
