Main house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with a comfy king bed in the master and two futon bunks in the 2nd bedroom that will melt you to sleep after a long day on the water. Off the lower deck, complete with propane grill and patio dining table, you will find stairs leading up to the ‘game room / bar area/ bonus room’ equipped with two tv’s, recliners, pool table, mini fridge, microwave, full bathroom, comfy day bed and more. Feel free to stroll on down to the water for a day of fun or just relax and take it all in from the two viewing decks (Top deck gets the best sun!) Gear up in the evening with a game of pool upstairs or enjoy a sporting event on the two flat screen tv’s or board games, while conversing with friends. Home comes with everything you will need from a 12 cup coffee maker to complete kitchen, bathroom and sleeping essentials. Once you are ready to venture out and explore, just open our tour guide handbook and get going! Room for multiple vehicles. There is 1 Blink Camera mounted at the entry way of the house to monitor # of guests and pets on property.
