Description
Directly on the Five Mile River, in the center of the cute village of Rowayton. The house has been freshly updated in 2021. Amazing water views from all the rooms. Just a 3 minute walk to all of Rowayton’s restaurants, markets and cafes! Walk out and jump on the 2 Stand up Paddle Boards or take a kayak up and down the river. It’s a 5 minute bike ride to the beach.4 Bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The 1st floor has a large open concept layout with a large eat in kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, 2 types of coffee makers and more. The kitchen opens to a family room and dining room that has sliding doors that open to the walk out deck. The deck is fully furnished with an outdoor table and seating arrangement as well as a gas grill. The Primary bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a en suite bathroom and walk out doors to deck.Upstairs has 3 bedroom – the 1st bedroom has a Queen and bed water views, the 2nd bedroom has a twin bedroom with a trundle bed and a desk, and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath with shower. The 2nd bathroom is accessible from the upstairs hallway and has a tub/shower combo.The second floor also has a large family room with couches, a tv, a game table and games.The house comes with beach chairs, beach towels and two standup paddle boards that are able for use in season.The house is well equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay in Rowayton.
