This well appointed 1-bedroom condo boasts gorgeous ocean views with a full kitchen and all of the comforts of home! An ideal base to explore oh, so Charming Carolina Beach, close to EVERYTHING CB has to offer! Pets welcome with a one time pet fee. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.Private gated building on the boardwalk of Central Carolina Beach, park the car and never have to get back in! Private beach access, full use of one bedroom beachfront condo, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, free Wi-Fi, linens provided and starter pack for TP, PT, trash bags, travel size soaps.Guests have full access to this one bedroom condo and additional sleeping arrangements on the pull out sofa, fully stocked kitchen, private balcony, private beach access, gated covered parking (when available) and additional parking across the street in two separate gravel lots. Additionally, there is an elevator and luggage racks available for guests. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas & wagons.Spencer &/or MK are always available via text.This is the only private, gated community building on the boardwalk with an elevator and covered parking, located next to the Hampton Inn. Pets are allowed up to 70 lbs. Please bring cash for the cleaning crew. $50 up to 25 lbs, $65 up to 70 lbs.Guests using one bedroom suites are allowed one paper parking pass. There is first come first serve, covered parking under the building and if that is full, there are two lots across the street marked with a Cabana Owners and guests sign. There is a paid parking lot between the two cabana lots.Please remember to access your app on your phone or check your email for specific check in and check out directions which are in the house manual. Guests have full access to information the day of check-in. Please feel free to text Spencer with any questions at 919–438-6931.Please leave shoes at the door.
