It features twenty feet vaulted ceilings, a beautiful private balcony and a second-story loft. The gourmet kitchen has a full size refrigerator and freezer, a double range gas stove, and two dishwashers. The media room includes an eighty-inch Smart TV with surround sound and a Blu-Ray player. This luxurious apartment includes elegant 500-thread-count sheets and down pillows with upscale bath amenities. The dining room features a twelve-person seating arrangement and a private wet bar. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious master king, three guest bedrooms with one king each, two guest bedrooms with one queen each and a guest bedroom with two queens and two sleeper sofas. This unit can sleep up to 20 guests. Other luxuries include a washer and dryer, Wireless Internet and a long list of North Beach Plantation’s amazing amenities just outside your door. A few things to note:-The best way to reach me is via this site. Listings are monitored from 9 am to 5pm daily. Inquires and bookings sent after this time will be processed and answered the next day.-Check in is via the front desk of the property, and they are available to assist you 24/7 upon arrival. Please make sure the credit/debit card used to pay the deposit is presented with ID for check in. You can pay the balance of the stay on another credit/debit card if you want at check-in at the front desk as long as the card holder is present.-Linens, towels, and parking are all included with your stay. Bed linens and bath towels are fully laundered between every stay at a professional off-site facility using industrial grade washers and dryers, providing the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.-For your convenience, the kitchen has a coffee pot, basic cookware and utensils. Condiments and specialty items are not included. Coffee is not provided in the unit.-Housekeeping: Due to Covid, housekeeping staff are not entering occupied units. While full service cleaning is not done in the units, daily trash and towel service is provided during the stay. Our housekeeping team routinely takes inventory of kitchen items, ensuring you have all the essentials to safely prepare meals in the comfort and privacy of your condo.- All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers and more.- All keys and pool passes are sanitized prior to being put in your check-in envelope.
