Nicely furnished studio apartment above our quiet marina office overlooking the western view of Cape Charles. Ideal for sharing beautiful sunset moments every day. Enjoy downtown Cape Charles less than a mile away.Spacious, beachy furnishings include a king bed, dresser, sofa, coffee table, new Smart TV, basic kitchen equipment, microwave, small refrigerator, ice maker, hot plate, grill, coffee maker, and toaster oven. The large deck has outdoor seating for four and a barbecue grill and a table. The spacious bathroom has luxury shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Towels and bed linens are provided. For passing the time, watch our amazing marina team haul and launch some of the largest vessels on the East Coast.On the west end of the pier, enjoy a private patio that overlooks the Cape Charles town harbor and the Chesapeake Bay. Laundry facilities are on-site and available to our guests. Bring your boat, we have boat trailer storage onsite for an additional fee.
