This beautiful new home in charming Park Circle is perfect for small groups and can accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Step into the bright open living space that encompasses the entire first floor of the home. The open living, dining and fully equipped kitchen are perfect for entertaining groups, with a large comfortable U-shaped sofa inviting you to kick back and relax. The dining table can seat up to six people, with four additional stools at the kitchen island. Outside, you’ll find a gas grill as well as two off-street parking spaces. Parking lot is for apartment guests only.Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king-sized bed, workspace with monitor & HDMI hookup and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a Jack and Jill shared bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The final bedroom offers a queen-sized bed as well as direct access to the shared connecting bathroom.Computer desk upstairs now has a wired keyboard & mouse that are compatible with both Mac and PCNearby are all the best restaurants, cafes and breweries of Park Circle – just a three-minute drive away!Guest Access: *Please read description fully before booking*We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away.
