This charming townhouse, nestled within the secure gates of Innsbruck Resort, offers the perfect backdrop for any getaway throughout the year. With its proximity to downtown Helen, you’re just minutes away from the vibrant pulse of the city. (Please see photos of where you will be staying!)This delightful town home features:- 3 bedrooms- 2 full baths- 1 half baths- 1 living area- 1 full kitchenThis beautiful townhome is located in the gated community of Innsbruck. Guests will need to message with make, model and color of each vehicle checking in, as well as one person per vehicles name and phone number as this information will need to be submitted to the guardhouse prior to check in. You will need to be checked in PRIOR to 11:00 pm to obtain your pass.Guest will have access to the UPSTAIRS (2 floors – see exterior photos) portion of this town house ONLY. Only door access will be the front door on the porch. The side door is for guest of the bottom apartment.This beautiful town home is located in the gated community of Innsbruck.PARKING: There is space for 2 cars in the allotted parking spots in front of the home.VEHICLE PASS: Guests will need to message with make, model and color of each vehicle checking in, as well as one person per vehicles name and phone number as this information will need to be submitted to the guardhouse prior to check in.ARRIVAL TIME: You will need to be checked in PRIOR to 11:00 pm to obtain your pass.
