However, the insides are newly furnished, plush, comfortable, and stylish.Other things to note:This is an old building which has been lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. It is safe, comfortable and clean but also very quirky and definitely not perfect. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the apartments are newly remodeled, plush, and comfortable. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.Living in the middle of the fun, sometimes means you can hear street noises from local businesses (late night dance music) or traffic.
