To ensure privacy, guests enjoy a secluded private entrance, garage and additional parking.***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months****For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*This is a basement apartment below an occupied cabin.Private entrance. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.-If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.
