Welcome to the Clubhouse! It is a new construction home built in 2017. It is nestled right in the middle of downtown Wilmington’s Arts and Antique district. This home is all of the charm of historic downtown Wilmington with the luxury of new construction!The Clubhouse is 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with brand new Casper mattresses throughout. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. There is a modern shower in the en suite master bathroom and a tub/ shower combo in the guest bathroom. The half bath is conveniently located on the main floor off of the living room. The professionally decorated home also boasts brand new Maytag stainless steel appliances throughout.
