You will never regret renting this lovely otwo bedroom cottage on Broadway. Recently renovated! Enjoy the common area over looking the Atlantic, sit there and watch the sunrise. Walk down the road for fun in the sun all day. This is such a wonderful setting to simply relax and enjoy all Maine has to offer. The unit features a cheerful kitchen and cozy living area. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. This cottage is delightful and conveniently located close to Short Sands Beach & The Nubble Lighthouse. This is the gathering spot for your morning coffee, a great take out lunch or any last minute items you need for a picnic at the beach. Jump on the trolley or walk to downtown York Beach. There, you will find many restaurants, bars, shopping, a great playground for the kids and York’s Wild Kingdom. This is a zoo and small amusement park. Play mini-golf, ride the Carousel, see the animals and enjoy some cotton candy. Parking for two cars only. We require a minimum stay of 7 nights during the summer and unfortunately, we do not accept pets. Finally, there is no smoking on the property. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
