The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to create your favorite dishes. When it’s time to dine, the table seats four. The Cottage has a queen bed in the bedroom and a full-size futon in the living area. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A twin bed can be found in the open loft area. The loft is accessed via a steep ladder, safety rails recently added.The wraparound deck has incredible vistas of the surrounding woods and peekaboo lake views. The Cottage has a three-story layout with a ramp to the front door. Additional perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer.Nestled on Great Pond, your vacation home offers wonderful seclusion, but is still only an 8-minute drive from Franklin and a 20-minute drive from Ellsworth. For an incredible day trip, pay a visit to Acadia National Park or Bar Harbor.Things to KnowParking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
