The kitchen is compact and does not have a traditional stove oven. We provide a single induction stove top burner , Brita water filtration, compact oven/air fryer and a Nuwave Oven for cooking. To enter the property there is a sidewalk that is shared with a joining property. The backyard is fenced in with a sreened in patio and completely private. No parties, large gatherings or loud noise after 9 pm any day of the weekGuest accessHouse has a flat shared front yard with sidewalk and no steps.
