Beautifully designed studio inspired guest suite in the heart of Sarasota ready for your next stay! We designed this suite to make you feel at home, while giving you the coastal feel of Sarasota so you can feel like you are truly on vacation. The location is optimal for your stay in Sarasota closest to the main attractions like Siesta Key, St. Armands, downtown, Sarasota bay, Marina Jacks, and so much more. You will be close to several grocery stores and some of Sarasota’s best restaurants.The spaceBeautiful guest suite, fully equipped, and ready for your next adventure. Stay in the heart of Sarasota with this one-bedroom, one bathroom, walk-in closet suite with private entrance.You will have a mini fridge/freezer to keep food for your stay along with a microwave, coffee pot, and Brita water filter. We provide you with paper plates, plastic silverware, and basic necessities to have small meals in your room. We do not provide many dishes due to the lack of a sufficient area to clean dishes.In addition to basic dining, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other essentials for your stay.For entertainment and relaxation, there is a 55″ in Smart TV equipped with Netflix, great to use when you just want some time to relax and watch TV after your long adventurous days in Sarasota (please note we do not have any cable). The bed is a queen sized bed with a brand new memory foam mattress with cooling gel, nice to relax and sleep after your long adventurous days in Sarasota.To get to your private entry suite you will be required to walk around the house on pavers we have laid for you.Please note that there is NO thermostat in the unit. We have recently installed a brand new AC unit, as of July 1st, 2020. We will keep the AC at 75 during the day and drop it to 74 at night during the summer. If you like having control over the temperature of where you are staying this is not the place for you.Guest accessThis room is a part of a three-unit home. There is currently a second VRBO unit being rented out in the home and we also live on property.The guest suite is attached to the main house, however, it does not provide any access to the rest of the house (there are no longer any interconnecting doors in the house- these have been removed for complete privacy). You will only have access to the room that is in the photos. It is incredibly private so you can feel comfortable and enjoy your stay!In addition, you will have access to the private fenced in backyard that is shared with our other VRBO unit.It is really important that you read everything so you know exactly what to expect while staying at our VRBO and so you respect the rules we have for our VRBO. We find that there are a lot of guests who do not fully read the listing so they show up and are upset about something that is clearly outlined in the listing.
