Smart TV • Free parking • Dedicated workspaceThe Cozy Corner is an intimate half of a duplex.INDOOR LIVING:Walking in, you’ll be welcomed into the heart of the home – the living room!- Take a seat on the plush couch and stream all of your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV.Or cuddle up, and read one of the books that we have for you!BEDROOMS:- 2 Bedrooms with cloud-like queen size beds and walk-in closets.- If you’re looking for a quiet space to do some work, there is a desk area with a desk chair in one of the bedrooms.- Down the hall, there is a full bathroomKITCHEN:The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove/oven combo, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster oven, and a washer and dryer.Don’t wait! Book your stay now!Guests will receive a door code the day prior to or the morning of your reservation date.A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer ourtravelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you’ll have coveragefor up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offerthe flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you’ll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, resteasy knowing that we’ve got you covered.Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet.
