The bedrooms are simple and clean to allow room for your stay. Large backyard with a nice patio area to relax after a round of golf or day of horse showing.Guess accessA car in needed to access most of Aiken. Within walking distance to Odell Weeks. A short bike ride to Bruce’s Field and Aiken’s Horse District. Parking is located on the right side of driveway for this portion of the house. Exterior security cameras are located outside for added security.Other things to noteThis house is shared by a common wall to adjacent one bedroom short term rental. Both portions of the home can be rented together if needed. For long term stays beyond two weeks there will be a cleaning service every two weeks coming in at guests expense. The expense is equal to the cleaning one time fee at each cleaning.
