Pool, Spa, Golf & Gazebo 5bd-3ba. w/ 2 Suite Rooms!This spacious multi-suite single-story home delivers elegant touches from the moment you enter the home and continues into the entertainer’s backyard. Experience modern flooring, high ceilings, and arched doorways inside and a fully-enclosed yard outside. Guests of all ages will enjoy the private pool with optional heat, hot tub, covered lounge area, putting green, and covered outdoor dining area with a barbeque.The oversized fully-updated kitchen has lovely painted cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. Friends can perch at the center island, which doubles as a breakfast bar while the chef works their magic, or there’s more than enough counter space for everyone to help in the preparation. The separate dining area has seating for eight under a stylish farmhouse chandelier.The bedrooms are spread out for maximum privacy with two near the front entry – this includes the primary bedroom with king bed, an on-suite bathroom with an large glass-enclosed shower, a separate garden tub, and a private entrance to the patio. There is also a queen bedroom on this side of the house. Two more bedrooms are isolated down a long hallway on the opposite side with a shared full bathroom. The last bedroom has a king size bed and a full on-suite bathroom. It also has a sliding glass door entrance to the backyard. This second suite is located next to the kitchen and family room.There are 4 active security cameras on the front entrances.
