It’s a one-way street.Driveway parking max capacity is 4 vehicles.No street parking allowed.There is additional street parking within the neighborhood.No Parking or Driving in the backyard.A side door is located towards the back of the house where the driveway is can only be accessed from the inside of the house.The highchair is placed in Bedroom 1 on the first floor. The fold up crib/playpen with basin and sheets are placed in the primary bedroom on the second floor.There is a fire extinguisher and first aid kit under the kitchen sink.The switch to the dishwasher is located on the kitchen sink wall.Cornhole is available for guest use. Bean bags and boards are located in the closet of the downstairs bedroom. Please return after use.Backyard has BBQ grill (propane gas) and outdoor sitting for guest use is available. After 10pm we ask that you utilize the backyard for any outdoor activity.Be mindful of the neighbors and keep any noise to a minimum.There is a motion detector on the interior of the unit, THIS IS NOT A CAMERA, it only functions to detect motion when the alarm is on.There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property.Please take out trash and place in black bins located outside in the back/side of the unit.
