The entire home will be yours to enjoy. The home features three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Downstairs you will find the first bedroom featuring a queen bed right across from the first full bath. The downstairs bathroom has a large shower, and also houses a washer and dryer. Next, the kitchen is modern with granite counter tops and brand new appliances. You will find everything you need here to cook for your whole group. The Kitchen includes a six person dining table, as well as seating for four at the counter. Step outside to the deck which overlooks the backyard. The deck includes a comfortable sectional sofa for relaxing, and a fire pit for warming up on breezy nights. There is also a large BBQ grill for cooking outside. The living room is spacious, comfortable, and modern. With plenty of seating, it is a good place for the whole group to unwind after a busy day on Cape Cod. Up stairs you will find two bedrooms, and a full bathroom with tub. The first bedroom has two twin beds and plenty of storage for all of your belongings. The master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and personal access to the bathroom.Please, don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions!Other Things to NoteThe fire pit and grill are propane. I try to fill them before every stay. If they are empty you can exchange them at the Speedway gas station down the road. Just bring the empty one and they will exchange it for a new one. The cost is around $22. I will happily reimburse you for this. Limit two propane bottle exchanges per stay.
