This cozy two-room sweet suite is located close to downtown Sarasota, University Town Center, and only 15 minutes from award-winning beaches. Across the street is the Legacy Trail Pompano Trailhead, where you can play pickleball, or go for a walk or a bike ride.The Empty Nest is a hidden gem and is often fully rented. It is located on a quiet dead-end street. There is a private entrance. The apartment is part of our main house. The space is secluded from the rest of the house, you will have complete privacy. You will have a quiet bedroom and a separate room for sitting, eating, or just hanging out with a private bathroom with a shower and tub.Feel free to enjoy the screened deck out back.The suite also includes a small kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave for your pleasure. If you are staying longer, there is a hot plate and toaster. We do not have a sink in the kitchenette.Our quiet and quaint neighborhood is located just outside the heart of the Old Pinecraft area of Sarasota, you will likely see Amish people riding bikes around the neighborhood.Sarasota is a great place to vacation and visit – so if you are visiting old friends and family, or unwinding on the soft white sand, the Empty Nest is a wonderful place to stay.Sarasota is growing fast, new restaurants and activities are popping up all the time. We are 15 minutes from everywhere; beach, Benderson Park, and downtown. One hour from Tampa and St. Petersburg to the north and one hour to Venice and Punta Gorda to the south.The Empty Nest is perfect rental in the perfect neighborhood nothing is too far out of the way!!
