Every detail of this home has been lovingly styled. The furnishings are a blend of mid century modern and bohemian. All mattresses are organic and the bedding is very comfortable and soft. The bungalow has an expansive deck and a large backyard with a garden, which is unusual for Venice. There are three bedrooms and one of them is very tiny and perfect for someone who enjoys small, cozy spaces. This bedroom has a twin bed and pocket door for privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed & a single day bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed. The day bed in dining area is a twin bed. Street parking out front is free and is typically plentiful. You might as well park your car because you can walk everywhere.This bungalow sits on double lot with a garden a few blocks from Abbot Kinney on one of the most desirable streets in Venice. The amazing yard is the highlight for all of our guests. Bike, walk, or take an Uber to world-famous Venice Beach, then grab brunch at Superba Food + Bread or Gjelina.BABIES AND TODDLERS are welcome, and I have a portable crib and two high chairs.SELF CHECK-IN The house features an electronic lock on the front door. Two days prior to your arrival I will send you your code that unlocks it, and you may let yourself in any time after 3pm on your day of arrival (or 1:00 pm for luggage drop off).We put our hearts into restoring this 1920 California bungalow. Every detail has been thought through. We love sitting in the garden, picking lemons and cooking family dinners. Please help yourselves to the lemons and limes from our trees and enjoy the special ambiance of our quiet enclave in Venice. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
