It is located on the second level which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful, unobstructed beach view from the bright & open living/dining space & large balcony.A storage locker is provided with this unit.This condo offers: a king bed in the master with a walk-in closet large enough to set up a pack-n-play, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, making this condo ideal for couples or families with children vacationing together. You will find a pack-n-play (without bedding), a high chair, child gate/playpen, and a baby bathtub in the master closet for your use. Sleeps 9 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV’s, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, Everything you need for a great vacation!Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.RESORT FEE:The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, workout facility, basketball & pickle ball court. Resort sponsored activities are offered during the year for family fun. Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar is located at the Beach Club and is open seasonally.The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase closer to your arrival date.
