It is a major plus when you are on the river tubing all day long.Prepare a gourmet meal in the kitchen that has been generously furnished for cooking with appliances and equipment. The kitchen opens up into the bar and dining room that comfortably seats 4 at the table or 4 at the bar. The kitchen has a top loading washer and dryer for your convenience. Watch cable TV on a large flat screen from the comfort of two overstuffed chairs or a couch. Step out onto the balcony to take in the pristine beauty of the spring fed Comal River that stays a constant 72 degrees year round. The outdoor furniture will enhance your enjoyment.Tucked away upstairs are the master and guest bedrooms for privacy and rest. The upstairs features vaulted ceilings for an added spaciousness. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and large flat screen TVs.Drink your morning coffee while watching the resident birds, deer and other wildlife from the private 3rd floor balcony located off of the spacious master suite with a king size bed.
