We have designed this studio to make you feel at home, while giving you the coastal feel of Sarasota so you can feel like you are truly on vacation. The location is optimal for your stay in Sarasota closest to the main attractions like Siesta Key, St. Armands, downtown, Sarasota bay, Marina Jacks, and so much more. You will be close to several grocery stores and some of Sarasota’s best restaurants.Beautiful attached guest suite, fully equipped and ready for your next adventure. Stay in the heart of Sarasota with this one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen suite with private entrance.You will have a 2 burner stove top, microwave oven, kitchen sink, coffee pot, large fridge, we have provided all the silverware and cookware to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!In addition to basic dining, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other essentials for your stay. We have also provided a 55″ in Smart TV with Netflix great to use when you just want some time to relax and watch TV after your long days in Sarasota.You will not be disappointed, and we will do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your stay!If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us!Other things to note:To get to your private entry suite you will be required to walk around the house on pavers we have laid for you. There is no entry through the front door. Hopefully, you will enjoy this! If you have any questions about it please let me know!There is NO thermostat in the unit, however, a short message to us on VRBO and we will happily adjust the air conditioning for you. Unfortunately, we can not set the thermostat to anything below 73 degrees as this will cause our AC the freeze up and completely stop working creating an un-enjoyable experience. Welcome to Florida :)The water in the shower does not get extremely hot for safety reasons, if you like to take extremely hot showers this would not be the place for you.We have learned that the kitchen power supply is not strong enough to run the stovetop and microwave at the same time, therefore, until we can fix this electrical problem we do ask guest to not run the stove and microwave at the same time as it may trip the breaker and cause the entire kitchen’s electrical supply to go out. You will not be able to use the stove and microwave at the same time, so please consider this when booking our space. We plan on fixing this issue shortly, however, can not do so currently.
