The Freddie is a newly updated 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom coastal cottage style home. It comprises: an open floor plan that has the kitchen with island seating for 3, dining table for 6, and living room with a fireplace. There is a beautiful screened in porch with ample seating for relaxing. The master bedroom with a king bed is on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a sitting area with coffee station, a bunk room that sleeps 5, and a king guest bedroom. All bedrooms have ensuite baths.A family friendly home with a private backyard and fire-pit area in the heart of St. Simons and a short golf cart ride to the beach or village. There are sidewalks on Frederica Road so that you can easily and safely explore on foot or bike!
