It has a private patio with an outdoor table and two chairs. We have added a brand new Queen size bed. Separate driveway and off-street parking available. Smoking is permitted on the patio. Located only 4 miles to the heart of Downtown Atlanta, where guests can find Mercedes Benz Stadium (Superbowl 2019), State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, AmericasMart, Georgia Aquarium.This is a newer, separate from the main house, clean, self contained studio apartment. The studio apartment shares the backyard with the main house. It’s completely private and is behind a fence with two entrance gates and two additional entrance doors. It’s a very quiet space. Separate driveway and on-street parking is available. A washer and dryer is available, behind the main house backdoor.
