Please note that the laundry room is located in the back of the kitchen. The kitchen opens onto the dining and living room.- Living Room: the living space features a 40″ Roku TV (Netflix, Hulu, Peacock have been downloaded. We provide with Netflix login as needed). The cozy couch faces 2 boho chairs and a coffee table, perfect for game or movie nights.- Dining Room: our handcrafted Scandivanian table and its 6 chairs create great architectural contrast with ‘the Cross’, our beautiful mural made by a local New London artist.- Laundry Room: we offer you access to a washer and dryer. Route 13 will bring you to Ocean Park Beach and Downtown New LondonThe Good Home is the first-floor apartment of a multi-family. In March 2023, Francois worked hard on the sound dampening between the two units, making it barely noticeable that there is a unit above the Good Home. The second floor of the multi-family is also an Airbnb we manage called the Whaler’s Loft (one bedroom, one bathroom). Feel free to contact us if you’re interested in renting both Airbnbs!
