We have also hosted church retreat groups, baseball teams, and the property is perfect for corporate retreats or extended stay corporate retreats. If your group is coming to watch the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. And when you are ready to book a place for your group to attend the Coachella and Stage Coach music festivals, we are located caddy-corner from the Festival Grounds, within easy walking distance.We are ready and willing to work with you and your group to make your stay in the desert a memorable event!ALL EVENTS, Couples Retreats or Wedding Photo Shoots: additional fees and must be discussed before booking.Events that take place on a weekend currently require a 3-Night rental minimum. There additional event fees as well depending on event and total number of guests. Please send inquiry for event fee. Feel free to send us a message for a quote if you’re considering a Couples Retreat, Wedding Photo Shoot, or any venue over the 15 person limit. Please review the policy below regarding noise violations, parking violations and house rules and guidelines, as they will be strictly enforced.Answers to FAQ:1. Per County of Riverside noise ordinance, the level for sound at the perimeter of the property cannot exceed 55 decibels during the day, and 45 decibels after 10 pm. We allow small bluetooth brought in, as noise has been an issue with the neighbors in the past. If law enforcement is called for a violation of the noise ordinance, the renter IS liable to cover ALL fees associated with this violation PLUS an additional fee of $500 to the property manager for dealing with the County Code Enforcement and hassle. The total fees may be upwards of $1,500. we will need to have you pay this before your departure.2. Adding decorations to the property for the photo shoot or retreat is perfectly fine, we ask confetti and glitter be avoided and that your are responsible for taking down and removing from the property. Please be courteous and respectful of the property though, to ensure that our property isn’t damaged in the process.3. We can heat the pool for an additional cost of $200 per day. It’s a large pool and is quite expensive for us to heat. We will also need to know 2 days prior to check-in and payment has to be made first. The pool does take the most part of a full day to heat and will need this time before your arrival to prepare the pool. we keep at 70degrees and it can heat to 90.4. You may bring a small bluetooth for music but be aware….The Riverside County noise ordinances require a daytime maximum decibel level of 55 that would likely be exceeded by groups bringing their own speakers. If a fine is issued for noise or any other reason, you are responsible and 1500.00 deposit will need to be taken at time of sitation.5. Our parking lot can easily handle about 8 cars. no street parking6. We are accepting pets with a 150.00 non refundable pet rent and 350.00deposit that can be refunded as long as the pet policy is followed.Guest accessYou’ll be able to access the entire property during your stay.Other things to noteThe property is pretty self-explanatory.Any Events on a weekend currently require a 3-Night rental.
