Come enjoy what one of the coolest Casinos in Connecticut has to offer! Mohegan Sun is a short walk (12 mins) and even shorter drive (2 mins) to the Grace House, and you’ll be sure to make memories there.This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom is comfortably furnished with an eclectic feel. On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with a Queen size sleeper sofa, the dining room with seating for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor holds the two bedrooms and the bathroom.LIVING ROOM/ ENTRYWAYYou enter onto the living room, with plenty of seating for 6 people. Two accent chairs are easily moveable to watch the 50 inch Roku TV. For those unfamiliar with Roku TVs, it basically give you access to all streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu and many others. We don’t have have access to live channels to watch sports and what not.The sectional couch is a sleeper sofa that holds a 4″ memory foam queen mattress. We recommend heavy sleepers, children and non-fussy sleepers to use it.DINING ROOMYou can access the dining room from either the living room or the kitchen. The dining table holds 6 chairs (2 arm chairs, 4 dining chairs) and is spacious either to spread out with a feast, or work. You have views of the backyard and the back deck from the windows.KITCHENYou can access the kitchen from the living room and the dining room. The kitchen even a pass to the dining room. The island holds the kitchen appliances we provide and include 2 waffle makers, a small slow cooker, a blender, and a toaster. It is also fully stocked with dinnerware, silverware, cookware, a basic set of spices, and even a selection of cookbooks to cover all your home cooked meals. We have a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and hood. From the kitchen you can also access the ‘mudroom’ (not pictured, still in the works) that will lead you to the back deck and backyard.BEDROOMSBoth bedrooms are located on the second floor and have large closets with plenty of storage, luggage racks and hangers to accommodate your belongings. Both bedrooms also have 12″ Queen Size green tea memory foam mattresses. The larger bedroom has a seating area and a selection of books to pick from. The smaller bedroom has a desk and seating area overlooking the backyard.BATHROOMThe (only) bathroom is located on the second floor, between the two bedrooms. It has a large shower/ tub combination, a toilet and a large vanity with plenty of storage for your belongings. We also have some open shelvings behind the bathroom door where you can put your stuff as well.OUTDOOR SPACEThe backyard is accessible either from the front of the house, following the sides of it or from the kitchen/ mudroom. As mentioned above, the mudroom opens up to the back deck, which is great for your entire party. As it is elevated, you are up in the trees. It holds 4 barstools with a rail, overlooking the spacious backyard. There is a propane grill and a spacious glass table with 6 chairs.As you go down the back deck steps, you end up at your ground level of the backyard, which open lawn space. There is a playground with a toboggan and a swing for kids to enjoy. We also have a fire pit and plenty of wood to have smores night.You will be able enjoy to enjoy the entire house, including the driveway which holds 4 cars (2 rows, back-to-back) or 2 comfortably.Francois and Ashley are not going to meet you at the Grace House at check-in (access code will be provided to you) but are available and live nearby if you have any questions or need us throughout your stay.The Grace House is in a quiet residential dead end road, walking distance (12 mins to be precise) to Mohegan Sun Casino.Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Respecting our neighbors’ peace and quiet is as important as you enjoying the space
