We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Pet Policy:We love our furry friends, but we kindly ask that no dogs, cats, or other animals be brought onto the premises without written permission from the Landlord. A non-refundable pet fee of $100.00 USD per pet is required, and exceeding the permitted number of pets will incur a $200.00 per pet charge as liquidated damages.Key and Access Return:When vacating the premises, we kindly ask that you surrender all keys and access. Failure to return keys or parking passes will result in a charge of $125.00 USD to cover lock replacement costs. In the event of an accidental lockout, a $50.00 USD lockout fee will be charged for unlocking the property.Parking Passes:Lastly, don’t forget to return any parking passes to the Anchor Realty Group office when your lease is up.
