There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.MINIMUM AGE:Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:We provide contactless self check-in and check-out making it very easy for you to come and go as you, please.SECURITY:For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.Please note that any house rules violation will incur an additional $150 penalty charge.Disclaimer:Please be aware that a 5% cancellation payment processing fee will be deducted from any funds already processed.
