NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ’s are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.*Parking: 10 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay.
