Description

Welcome to the Great Cape Escape! Located in NW Cape Coral on a canal that leads to the Gulf. The home is a vacation itself with lots to do, foosball, ping pong, arcade style hoops, cornhole, giant connect 4, ring toss, and a beautiful, heated at no additional cost, salt water pool and spa. You can explore the canals and mangroves with our provided Kayaks and life jackets, go for a bike ride and explore the neighborhood on the quad bike or the single bikes available, enjoy a movie or the game on the 75″ TV screen inside, or if you choose, you can do that outside while floating in the pool with the outdoor 55″ TV. Beautiful sunsets and a peaceful canal view await you while hanging out on the Lanai. For bedrooms you will find 2 King bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a third bedroom with 2 double/full beds and the 4th bedroom has 3 twins and a double/full murphy bed. Each bedroom has it’s own TV and a mini Nintendo gaming console. There’s a fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, pool floats and many additional amenities are provided. High speed internet and a dedicated work space make it easy for anyone who needs to work while away. If you feel like exploring and checking out what to do in and around town, I have a welcome book that I provide our guests, full of ideas, eats and treats.
