On the main floor, you’ll find an inviting living room with a gas fireplace, a sunroom doubling as a dining area, an eat-in kitchen, a full bath, and two bedrooms. Ascend to the upper floor to discover the third bedroom with versatile sleeping options, a TV area, and a convenient half bath. Enjoy the comfort of central AC on the main floor and a window AC on the upper floor. Outside, the deck beckons with outdoor dining, seating, and a propane grill. Conveniently positioned between the beach and Main Street, Dennisport, this home offers easy access to both recreation and amenities! This rental requires a 4-night minimum stay with check-in and check-out any day from June 29 to August 30. Otherwise, a 3-night minimum stay is required. Dogs are considered, but no smoking is allowed. Tenants provide their own linens and towels. Subject to all applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
