Remodeled & upgraded recently. This hip, spacious, economical favorite is set apart from our other apartments; at lake level. This oversized King Studio is decorated with mid-century modern touches. Though partially located underneath our Pizzeria, it is now sound dampened and much quieter than our village facing units, offering direct access to Bandshell Park. A favorite for our friends and relatives, it features a large granite wet bar/kitchenette, (no dishwasher), huge living room, and King bedroom alcove; the brand new bathroom is equipped with a shower stall. Occasional foot traffic can be heard around Lunch and Dinner. The five story, 1904 building was fully refurbished in 2008, with fireplaces, bathrooms, kitchens, windows and electrics brought up to date, yet the arched windows and huge, tall balconies off the lake side remind us of its original victorian heritage.
