This beautiful eco-friendly home overlooks the Shenandoah Valley and sits at the top of 40 acres at the Rolling River Holiday properties. This home was designed to welcome in the outside and create a wonderful and cheerful home environment from the comfortable indoor/outdoor seating and the gorgeous mountain views!There are 3 bedrooms, one of the main floor off of the common area and 2 on the second floor, each with their own bathroom and wonderful views of the blue ridge mountains. There is also an additional bathroom on the main floor.We have a living room, dining room and full kitchen on the main level that open to a welcoming main level deck and fire pit.On the second floor we have another cozy living room and small kitchen between the 2 second floor bedrooms. The second floor living room also opens out to a second floor deck to enjoy the views from a higher elevation.The attic is cozy yet spacious and is a great place for a movie night or for the kids to play if they want to take a break from the outdoors! There is also a pull out couch for extra sleeping space. Additionally, there is a laundry room in the attic for guest use as well.There is private river access within 0.4 miles walking distance of the home and can also be easily accessed if driving.
