Permit Number: 04151The Space: Our spacious ground floor carriage house, ‘Haven Home’, is ideal for groups of 2 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 full bath. Located just off of Ashley Ave Street, location and parking won’t be an issue here!Accessed by its own flat path entrance/exit, Haven features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Breakfast bar with two stool seats and living room with high vaulted ceilings. King bedroom is located off of the living room, with 1 full bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with flat-screen Smart TV, Xfinity cable, and luxurious 100% cotton Spanish sheets. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. Full-size washer/dryer on-site as well. Keurig coffee maker with reusable K-Cups for your convenience.Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 1 level carriage house. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.You can pull one car off the street and into a driveway/parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.The owner’s patio is not for guest use.Guest Access: *Please read description fully before booking*We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool).
