The home is conveniently located less than 20 minutes from the stunning Siesta Key Beach, 10 minutes from downtown Sarasota, and 15 minutes from University Town Center Mall, and Benderson Park. Publix Supermarket and Starbucks are both located at a walkable distance. The famous Legacy Trail is also easily accessible at the end of the street for peaceful biking, jogging, and leisurely walks.
