Walk to the Cove, beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, museums and more. 1 block to Girard Ave and 2 blocks to prospect stay in your private retreat in the middle of all the action.The space:Beautiful space perfect for family and friend gatherings. Has everything you need to relax and feel at home.Guest access:The property is in a U shape with a beautiful patio and garden at the center with dual master suites on either side.Other things to note***For high seasons and holidays, we require a 7 night minimum stay.High Season: June 14 – Sep 5, December 15 -January 7Holidays: Thanksgiving week***We prefer no check in’s or check out’s on :Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day– This way our staff can enjoy the holidays too 🙂
