Be one of the first to enjoy this gem of a property situated on a large lot high on Ridge Road with incredible panoramic views of the harbor and Lake Superior.Although the property has been in the family for over 50 years, extensive renovations and a top to bottom overhaul, including new plumbing, wiring, insulation and a master bedroom addition are complete and ready to be enjoyed.The Hill House features three bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of six people. It’s a ranch style home with 1.5 bathrooms. There is a queen master bedroom with a TV & a full bath, a second bedroom with a full size bed and and a third bedroom with two twin beds. This property is a 5-minute walk from town with ample trailer parking and plenty of privacy. The home features Wi-fi, a 50-inch smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A washer and dryer and large elevated deck on the lakeside round out everything you’ll need for your stay.Easy access to snowmobile trails.
