Description
The Hilltop” which we lovingly refer to, is our slice of paradise nestled on the top of a hill and is the perfect place for a couple families to come and enjoy Lake Havasu while having enough space to spread out and bring your boat or desert toys! With four bedrooms including a game room, three baths, pool, two fire pits, there’s a ton of things to do and hang out after your time on the water. Plenty of parking up the long driveway, the house is tucked back with amazing sunset views! Enjoy!The spaceAs you drive up the long driveway to the house, you’ll immediately notice the pool with the Lake Havasu backdrop. Through the double French door entry, the split-level layout has the kitchen with eat-in table on the left and master suite up a few steps off the living room. The master bedroom has a private patio and bathroom with AMAZING soaking tub. The additional dining area back on the main level and living room features a smart TV. To the right is the massive game room with two futons, smart TV and shuffleboard table with a patio and fire pit. There’s also a pull out sofa in the living room that sleeps two. Still on the main level there’s another bedroom and hallway bathroom. Downstairs is perfect for an additional family! You’ll enter into a small living space with twin-over-full bunk bed and double doors to another bedroom and bathroom. On that same level is a sliding door with access to a completely vibed-out patio with art mural and fire pit!Access to the garage is available for use if needed too!Located less than 5 miles from London Bridge.Other things to notePool service day is WednesdayPest control is every other Thursday.(Neither will need anything from you!)Air mattresses available on request and approval and with fee:- Queen: $15/night- Twin: $10/night
