*Please read all information before requesting to book!Welcome to the Marquette Harbor Loft located in the heart of downtown Marquette!Come enjoy our quiet town! The Noquemanon trails are ready for bikers and hikers and are just a short drive. Then settle in for the evening or enjoy one of our many local restaurants within walking distance. Many shops and the breweries are also a short walk.This sandstone building from the 1800s is very spacious, newly renovated and overlooks the Ore Dock and Lake Superior. Enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful Lower Harbor and morning sunrises!Very clean, high ceilings, and fully stocked with all of the amenities you should need for your stay. The main living space is a great spot to hang out, with open concept living/dining area featuring a nice sized kitchen and bar top…a great space to entertain or visit with a larger group. 2 couches comfortably seats 5-6. 8 bar stools with backs. Cafe table and 2 chairs.The Harbor Loft house can comfortably sleep 8 adults.Bedroom 1: 1 queenBedroom 2: 1 queenBedroom 3: 1 queenUpper level Murphy Bed: 1 queenThe beds all have queen size mattresses.The kitchen includes a 5 burner gas range stove and microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and LG washer and dryer. Wifi and 50″ screen Roku TV or enjoy a beverage on the spacious deck with the view! The mudroom stores plenty of outdoor gear and the bike rack will fit 4 fat tire bikes. Our parking spot is directly behind the building. This will fit one vehicle. On street parking is available on Main St and in the Lakeshore Blvd lot via passportparking.com (choose zone 1010 for up to 10 hours, free on weekends and evenings). Snowmobile trailer parking available off site. Please inquire if needed.Please ask if you have any questions or special requests. Our high season rental rates include minimum night stays, dependent on availability.*Minimum night stays are required. Summer 2024 (Memorial Day – Labor Day) 2/3-5 nights. Holiday weekends: 4 night minimum stay. 3 night minimum year round. You are welcome to request fewer night stays but please be advised that your total will be revised to reflect the required minimum night stay depending on the season.
