Description
This stunning house is a true gem in the most coveted area of Los Angeles! Spacious, very bright, with lots of different spaces to hang out, whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, read on a day bed, work in the living room, or dine outdoors with your friends and family, while enjoying the views. The property is owned by a family of artists, and very tastefully decorated. 10 minute walk from the famous Beachwood Cafe, close to Hollywood Sign hike, and to everything Los Angeles has to offer!The spaceYou are very close to Griffith Park, and the Hollywood sign hike! You can even see the sign from the pool area, which is priceless! There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, and 2 more (including the master) on the garden level. There is a patio by the kitchen which is perfect for breakfast, an additional shaded patio with a large dining table and couch, as well as a fire pit.Other things to notePlease note that the owners of this house only rent the house seasonally, and still live here the rest of the time. Each item and piece of furniture is very valuable to them, and we only select guests who will treat the house as their own and give it the care it deserves. Other thing to take into consideration: the bedrooms do not have curtains so consider bringing eye masks.
