As soon as you drive through the impressive entrance gates, you are submerged into views of caribbean style, pastel colored homes. With quiet, palm-tree lined streets, well maintained gardens and brightly colored houses, this creates a feeling of peace and tranquility. Just the place to ‘come home’ to at the end of the day. The community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot, with properties either backing on to a lake or an area of woodland conservation.Town center is ideally located only 5 minutes from exit 58 off interstate 4. The entrance to Disney’s maingate is a 10 minute drive away, Sea World is a 15-20 minute drive. Highway 192 with its vast array of shops and restaurants is just 9 minutes. A new Publix grocery store is 1 mile from the villa, perfect for all your shopping and last minute needs.Why stay in a tiny hotel room when you can stay in our 1800 sq ft luxury home? Upon entering the front door, you are lead to the great room. This open floor plan includes a lounge, kitchen, and dining areas. So, no matter if you are watching tv or cooking in the kitchen, you can have the feeling of togetherness. At the end of the great room,are the sliding glass doors that lead to the covered lanai. The lanai overlooks the pool with the pond behind that. There are no direct neighbors behind the villa and there is privacy on either side of the pool cage.Back in the house, there are 2 master suites located just off the lounge area. Heading down the main hallway, towards the front of the house, you will discover the 3 additional bedrooms and a 3rd family bathroom. One of the best features of the house is that it is a 1800 square feet, single story home. No stairs to climb after a long day at the parks, and no worries of children playing on or falling off the stairs.
