Come enjoy this stylish and elegant home nestled in a beautiful picturesque neighborhood in Greensboro.Spread out in the living room, family room, sunroom, or the front porch and enjoy the peaceful setting the home provides.This 4000 sqft home boasts 4 bedrooms, all located upstairs. There is one king bed, and three queens in the bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms upstairs that are jack-and-jill style off the bedrooms and a half bath downstairs for convenience.The whole main house, back yard, and front yard is accessible.The guest house is a separate residence, please do not disturb unless you have booked it. The Guesthouse sleeps an additional 2 people but must be booked seperately. Search “Cozy Guesthouse Studio Apartment” for availabilityNearby, there are plenty of local restaurants and attractions.The Greensboro PTI Airport is 13 minutes away, the Greensboro Coliseum and Tanger Event Center are only 10 minutes away.Please review House Rules BEFORE booking as these are the rules and penalties you are agreeing to fully abide by and are strictly enforced. If you’re not able to follow the house rules, please do not book the property. Thank you!-Quiet hours MUST be followed from 9pm-9am for respect of the neighbors.-Gas fireplace in the main level living room is available for use. Do not use wood burning fireplace in kitchen or garden apartment.-NO parties or events: will result in immediate vacating of the property.-NO smoking inside the home: subject to extreme penalties and fines.-MAXIMUM of 16 guests allowed overnight.-Please pick up after your pets.-$50 Lost Key Fee if the house key is lost or misplaced.-Per Greensboro City Regulations, only 1 car per bedroom is allowed for overnight guests. Two cars may park in the parking pad, all other cars may park on the street (free parking). Do not block the driveway with your car.We greatly appreciate your understanding with our house rules.
