Description
Pease read the entire overview, including our location before booking! The Iconic Dutch Bell is a historic home built in 1906 to be the waiting room and ticket sales for the Trolley riders when Randall’s Wharf was the Trolley barn. Completely renovated and updated in 2021, this property offers the ultimate standard in downtown living with privacy and sophistication and the vibrant pulse of Mystic just steps away. The first floor has a renovated kitchen with maple countertops and gas range, bar seating, and ample entertaining space. The living and dining area are open to the kitchen with a gas fireplace, coffered ceilings, wood blinds, and wide pine floors running throughout. To the rear is a study with beautiful built-ins that seamlessly transitions to a third bedroom with a custom-made, Queen-size Murphy bed, and full bathroom. On the 2nd floor, there is a primary bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, and a “relaxation room” for quiet reflections, reading, or streaming your favorite Netflix series! To the rear is an airy and bright bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Each room is equipped with smart TV’s and Amazon Alexa/Echo’s so you can check on the weather or play sleep sounds or white noise. Out back, we’ve created a new, bluestone private patio nestled in the trees for al fresco dining. Off the front you will find a side deck for grilling and a beautifully landscaped area with a year-round fire pit for seating, relaxing and people-watching!Please note : We have a ring doorbell installed on the rear entrance which is video enabled when guests arrive or depart. We use this feature only in the event of an incident and they are deleted every 30 days. If you have a concern please let us know in advance.
