We are situated a stone’s throw from pristine beaches of 5th Avenue, tennis, golf, fishing and other recreational activites.. Cambier Park and the Von Liebig Art Center, situated directly behind the building, have events which include evening and Sunday concerts in the park, arts and craft fairs, art shows and art lessons as well as other activities. . Our units facing 5th Ave. have balconies overlooking the Avenue. You will find some of the best dining and shopping in Florida along with entertainment provided by Sugden Community Theater, Evenings on 5th, award winning art shows, just to mention a few.
