A coastal chic home away from home. You are going to step into a fun relaxing oasis with a large private backyard to gather and grill/relax by the fire. Only a few minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches, downtown SRQ, and St. Armands Circle. A great location to have the city life but also quiet enough to relax when you need some RNR. This house is part of a duplex contact owner if interested in renting both units. Both have private yards.We do have two security cameras on the outside of the property to see the driveway and ensure everyone’s safety.No more than 5 people, if more than 5 people at the house at a time an extra charge will be made or asked to leave the premises.Minimum age required for booking is 25Absolutely no parties or events. If this occurs a fine will be sent and you will be asked to leave the premises.No smoking or vaping inside or in the backyard area of the house. If smoking or vaping does occur a fine will be sent.For stays longer than 3 weeks we charge an extra smaller cleaning fee to have a mid-stay cleaning of $115, which will be scheduled however you like.
