This newly built, luxe development is just 1 block off of Whitaker, and 3 blocks to the Amtrak platform. 3 bed, 2.5 bath, and 2000 sq. ft. Enjoy the private in-ground pool in the summer, and snuggle up in front of the fireplace in the winter! Music and movie buff? Enjoy our WiFi and whole-house Sonos sound system. Walk to EVERTHING, including the beach!The spaceEnjoy the beautiful weather on the main floor patio, or the 2nd story deck.
